About this position
Position summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to assist customers with orders by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to provide accurate and timely cost of materials and labor estimates.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
- Examine blueprints and customer requests to determine manufacturability.
- Create product quotes by entering manufacturing details into EstiTrack, including quantity, material, man-hours, and pertinent notes/exceptions.
- Locate materials necessary for manufacturing; get pricing quote for materials not in inventory and forward to purchasing agent.
- Provide quotes to customers.
- Enter blueprints into EstiTrack upon receipt of purchase orders.
- Collaborate with outside sales to keep in contact with customer.
- Perform additional duties as needed.

- Incumbent will work primarily in an office setting and will be required to use a computer with keyboard, telephone or handheld mobile device, and office machinery as needed.

Work days and shifts:
This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Occasional overtime may be required.
Education/Certification(s)/License(s) required:
Bachelor’s degree in related field; and/or equivalent work experience.
Experience/Other required:
- Three (3) or more years of sales/estimating experience.
- Intermediate math/geometry skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:
Wage based on experience for all positions
