Extrusion Team Lead
Job Summary:
Production Team Lead in Cassopolis, Michigan, typically oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Team Leadership and Development: Supervising and motivating a team of production associates, providing training, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Production Oversight: Coordinating daily production activities, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols, conducting safety audits, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identifying and addressing production issues, coordinating with maintenance teams for equipment repairs, and implementing corrective actions.
- Communication and Reporting: Maintaining clear communication with management and other departments, preparing production reports, and participating in meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience (line lead, shift lead, etc.)
