Essential Duties
- Business Development
- Expand lending services to current & prospective customers
- Generate, negotiate, underwrite, & coordinate the closing of ag, commercial, & some consumer loans
- Assist with oversight of the location's lending function
Requirements
- 4-year degree in a business or related field
- 15 years of experience preferably in a community bank lending environment
- Candidate is expected to live within the Akron-Westfield Community School District and become actively involved in the community
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, & personable
- Strong communication, sales, & negotiation skills
- Team player able to work collaboratively with others
