Due to an internal promotion and continued growth, we are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to help lead our next phase of expansion and long-term value creation.


The Opportunity

As Chief Financial Officer, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor and operational partner to executive leadership. You will provide financial clarity, strengthen operational discipline, and help architect financial infrastructure required to support continued growth and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

·        Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership

·        Lead all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and compliance

·        Provide actionable financial insights to support operational excellence

·        Develop and execute short- and long-term financial strategies

·        Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting

·        Lead ERP implementation and financial systems improvements

·        Build and mentor a high-performing finance team

·        Establish strong internal controls and compliance practices

·        Partner cross-functionally to support business performance and growth

Qualifications

Required:

·        10+ years of progressive Accounting and Finance experience

·        Senior leadership experience (Director, VP, Controller, or CFO level)

·        Experience leading financial planning, reporting, and analysis

·        Experience leading and developing finance teams

·        Strong strategic thinking and communication skills


Preferred:

·        Public accounting background (CPA preferred)

·        Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial experience

·        ERP implementation experience

·        Experience in privately-owned or growth-oriented organizations
