Your Responsibilities
Connect with members who have requested information about their benefits
Conduct virtual consultations to review available options
Explain programs clearly and professionally
Assist families through the enrollment and digital documentation process
Maintain accurate records while following compliance standards
Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
