About this position
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening Palmer Hamiltons presence within the assigned territory (Texas). This role develops and manages dealer networks, manufacturer representatives, architects, and end-user relationships while supporting the companys strategic sales initiatives.
This position utilizes Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE) to manage sales pipeline activity, forecast revenue, track customer engagement, and maintain accurate CRM records to support business decisions and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
Manage the full sales lifecycle including lead generation, specification development, and project completion.
Maintain accurate pipeline data, customer records, and forecasting within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE).
Recruit, onboard, and develop Dealers, Manufacturers Representatives, and Agents.
Build relationships with architects, designers, school administrators, and end-users.
Support specification development and influence product inclusion in project plans.
Represent Palmer Hamilton at trade shows including EdSpaces, SNA, AIA, and ALA.
Provide customer support related to installations, warranty issues, and project completion.
Monitor competitor activity and provide product and market feedback to leadership.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution.
Prepare reports, forecasts, and manage territory activity and expenses.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience.
Experience using CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory.
Preferred:
Experience in contract furniture, education markets, or manufacturing.
Experience working with architects and specification-driven sales.
Experience working with dealer networks or manufacturer representatives.
Physical Demands
Ability to travel frequently (65%).
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
Ability to stand and walk during trade shows and customer visits.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Work Environment This position operates remotely within the assigned territory with frequent travel to customer sites, dealer locations, and industry events. Periodic travel to Palmer Hamiltons corporate headquarters in Elkhorn, Wisconsin may be required.
