Position Summary: The Plumber performs maintenance and repair of domestic water, fixtures, and drainage systems supporting assigned facilities.

This role supports a potential contract.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing preventive maintenance
• Repair leaks, clogs, and plumbing fixtures
• Respond to plumbing emergencies
• Coordinate material and parts needs
• Support repairs during freeze, flood, or outage events
• Document work performed

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed plumber or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of plumbing maintenance experience
