• 5 Plus Years’ Diesel repair experience
• 2 Plus years Training / Foreman experience
• Leadership skills
• Strong organizational skills

What You'll Be Doing:

• Train and mentor apprentice diesel techs
• Oversee shop operations and maximize team productivity
• Collaborate with Service Writers to schedule and assign work
• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
• Support performance reviews and tool maintenance
