Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to support daily field operations and office functions. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to solving problems. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must be bilingual
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch & Field Coordination
- Receive, prioritize, and dispatch daily work orders to technicians.
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain clear communication between office staff and field teams.
- Adjust schedules as needed based on emergencies, delays, or workload.
- Track technician availability, time, and materials used.
Office Administration
- Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Assist with data entry, documentation, and recordkeeping.
- Support invoicing, work order entry, and billing accuracy.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Order office supplies and assist with general office operations.
Customer Service
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding scheduling and service status.
- Handle customer concerns or escalations professionally.
- Ensure a positive customer experience with each interaction.
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous dispatching or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Experience in construction, maintenance, or service industry a plus.
