Join the exclusive Harbour Club Miami team as a Host/Hostess, where you will be the welcoming face of our luxurious dining establishments. As a Host/Hostess, you will ensure an exceptional guest experience from the moment guests arrive until their departure, reflecting the elegance and sophistication of our club.
Responsibilities:
Greet and escort members and guests warmly, addressing them by name when possible
Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart using advanced reservation management systems
Communicate efficiently with the Maitre'D and management team to optimize seating and flow.
Provide information about the club’s offerings and events
Manage high-end clientele with poise
Assist with special requests and accommodate member/guest needs
Uphold Harbour Club's standards of service, professionalism, and hospitality at all times
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the space
Qualifications:
The right charisma to enhance the atmosphere at the front door. A Host/Hostess should be able to create a warm, inviting environment while maintaining an air of sophistication.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (ability to remember faces and names is a big plus)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Familiarity with SevenRooms is a plus
Prior experience as a host/hostess in a fine dining or luxury environment is a plus
Ability to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week
Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift light items like menus, supplies, etc.
