Kitchen Supervisor


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations

- Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards of quality and consistency

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food safety standards

- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize kitchen efficiency

- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment

- Develop and implement kitchen procedures and standards to improve productivity

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper equipment maintenance


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a culinary or kitchen supervisory role

- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control

- Serv-Safe certification or relevant training is preferred
