Sales Assistant-Eugene Oregon

Summary :  Drive delivery truck to fulfill sales orders and assist Account Managers maintain and grow sales. 

This position will service Eugene, Oregon

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but no limited to:

Drives truck to deliver such items as automotive products and supplies to
auto dealerships and independent garages. Records sales or delivery information on daily sales or delivery record. Calls on prospective customers to solicit new business. Prepares order forms and sales contracts. Informs regular customers of new products or services. Places stock on shelves or racks. Sets up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issues sales
promotion materials to customers. Issues or obtains customer signature and records purchase order numbers on
receipt for pickup or delivery. Communicates all completed
sales invoices to the corporate office on a daily basis. Performs daily inspections of delivery vehicle and ensures all maintenance and safety requirements are met.
