Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full Time | $32.00–$38.25/hr + Shift Differentials | Worcester, MA

The Briarwood Community / Knollwood is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Nursing Team for Evening shifts (3:00 PM–11:00 PM). This full-time role offers $32.00–$38.25 per hour, plus shift differentials and weekly pay. It is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, detail-oriented nurse who values teamwork, manageable assignments, and high-quality resident care.

Typical schedule is Full-Time Evenings (3PM–11PM), with additional differentials for weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and Massachusetts DPH regulations.

• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to treatment.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing license (LPN required for this role).

• Current CPR certification; IV therapy certification preferred.

• Compliance with state CEU requirements.

• Long-term care or sub-acute experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
