As we continue expanding, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to support strategic growth across both asset classes.
Position Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for sourcing, cultivating, and securing new third-party management contracts across multifamily and commercial properties. This role supports revenue growth while ensuring alignment with company standards, profitability goals, and operational capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new management opportunities in multifamily and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospective clients.
- Develop outreach strategy targeting owners, brokers, lenders, and developers.
- Cultivate long-term industry relationships and referral networks.
- Evaluate financial viability and operational fit of prospective assets.
- Collaborate with leadership on fee modeling and staffing impact.
- Lead discovery meetings and support proposal preparation and presentations.
- Assist in negotiating management agreements and coordinating smooth onboarding.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in property management, brokerage, asset management, or related real estate field.
- Experience with multifamily and/or commercial assets preferred.
- Strong understanding of NOI, budgeting, management fees, lease structures, and CAM reconciliation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to work in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission on new contracts. Bonus opportunities tied to revenue growth. Business-related expenses reimbursed.
