We’re looking for a skilled Hull Laminator who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and hands-on work. If you know fiberglass, resin systems, and composite construction — and you care about quality — we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a critical role in constructing and reinforcing boat hulls to exact engineering standards by:

Laying up fiberglass mat, woven glass, and core materials with precision
Mixing and applying polyester or vinyl ester resins
Performing hand lay-up lamination processes
Rolling out air pockets and ensuring complete resin saturation
Preparing bonding surfaces through sanding and prep work
Applying radius putty for proper fiberglass adhesion
Inspecting finished laminates to ensure top-tier quality
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and lamination schedules
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Following all PPE and safety procedures

What You Bring

1+ years of fiberglass lamination or composite manufacturing experience
Knowledge of hull construction techniques and marine materials
Ability to read technical drawings and follow work instructions
Experience using grinders, rollers, hand tools, and spray equipment
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
A commitment to safety and teamwork

Bonus Points For

Marine or boat manufacturing experience
OSHA safety training
Forklift certification

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 50 lbs
Stand for extended periods
Work comfortably in environments with resin odors while wearing protective equipment
