Mobile Journeyman RV Technician

Kelowna Truck & RV is looking for a skilled and motivated Mobile Journeyman RV Technician who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and delivering exceptional service directly to customers.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced technician who wants the variety and flexibility of working in the field. As a Mobile RV Technician, you will travel to customer locations to diagnose, repair, and service recreational vehicles, helping RV owners get back on the road quickly and safely. From electrical systems and plumbing to appliances and structural components, your expertise will play a key role in maintaining the quality and reliability our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to diagnose and repair RV systems and components
• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, propane, appliance, and structural systems
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide effective solutions in the field
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, and recommendations
• Maintain accurate service documentation and repair orders
• Ensure company vehicle and mobile service equipment are organized and well maintained
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at every service call

Qualifications & Experience

• Journeyman RV Technician certification (required)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience with RV systems including electrical, plumbing, propane, appliances, and slide mechanisms
