You'll support children and adolescents navigating emotional and behavioral challenges, working closely with families to foster lasting positive change.
Imagine beginning your day helping a teen rebuild their confidence, and ending it guiding a family toward stronger, healthier communication—each session, a step closer to transformation.
What You'll Do
Provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling directly in homes and community settings
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each youth’s needs
Facilitate behavioral interventions and management strategies
Actively participate in Child and Family Team meetings
Collaborate regularly with case managers, schools, and other community supports
What We're Looking For
Master’s Degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
Current New Jersey State licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LAC, or LSW)
Passion for working with children and adolescents (minimum of one year relevant experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged!)
Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to make an impact
Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
Why Join Project 99?
Competitive hourly compensation ($65-$95/hr based on license and experience)
Flexible, self-directed scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle
No minimum caseload requirements—work at your own pace
Weekly pay, with an option for salaried position after 90 days
Comprehensive training, professional development opportunities, and clinical supervision
A welcoming, collaborative, and supportive team culture dedicated to your growth and success
Join us and turn your passion into meaningful community change at Project 99.
