Cashier - Restaurant

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a courteous and efficient manner
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments securely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Promote specials and menu items to enhance customer experience
- Serve guests their food
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
We are looking for someone to work primarily Mon-Thurs 1030a-4p. Other shifts may be needed on occasion. We are open Monday-Saturday 11am-8pm (9pm in summer), closed on Sundays
