What You’ll Do: 

As a Kitchen Associate, your role will be essential in delivering fresh and delicious food offerings. You’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing all food offerings following standard recipes and procedures
• Maintaining prep areas in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner
• Detecting and ensuring disposal of spoiled or unattractive food, defective supplies/equipment, etc.
• Ensuring menu items are prepared in sufficient quantities to satisfy demand
• Promoting food service and special sales to customers
• Engaging with the store team and customers to provide excellent service
• Maintaining personal health and sanitation standards
• Cross-training on front-store operations for a well-rounded skill set

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift in a fast-paced environment
• Frequently reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, carrying, and pushing
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store, including stock and register areas
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
