Role Summary

This full-time, in-office position focuses on assisting customers, identifying coverage needs, and delivering exceptional service. You will work directly with clients while developing opportunities to offer valuable insurance solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop leads and schedule appointments
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend coverage options
• Provide friendly, accurate, and timely service
• Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and claims guidance
• Follow up with clients to support retention and satisfaction

Required Qualifications
