Join our pediatric therapy team and help children grow, communicate, and thrive in a supportive outpatient setting. H2 Health is seeking a passionate SLP or SLPA who's excited to work with children and families in a collaborative, play-based environment.

What You'll Do:
- Provide evaluation and treatment services for children with speech, language, feeding, and communication needs
- Develop individualized therapy plans and monitor progress
- Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and therapists to ensure holistic support
- Document progress using EMR and participate in care planning
What You'll Need:
SLP:
- Master's in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active (or eligible) Florida SLP license
- Pediatric experience preferred
SLPA:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree with FL SLPA license
- Supervised pediatric fieldwork preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
