Photo Operations Assistant - Seasonal

Elevate your skills as a Seasonal Photo Operations Assistant! Prior experience in a photography production setting is highly valued and will allow you to hit the ground running. You'll be an integral part of our cross-functional teams, ensuring every project is perfectly set for production. This onsite position in our Grand Rapids office is seasonal, but strong performance could lead to an extended engagement, offering continued growth and development!

Responsibilities:

• Read work order with high level of attention to details
• Accurately enter customer order detail
• Review images of subjects and select the best image for photographic print production
• Compile and file all relevant order documentation
• Perform basic troubleshooting
• Communicate concerns found and report to supervisor
• Maintain good relationships with other departments and co-workers
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data entry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with other team members and supervisors
• Ability to accurately and consistently follow detailed procedures
• Good performance and attendance history
