🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- 3+ years of experience (or strong passion) in litigation or personal injury law
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and trial skills
- A client-first mindset - you care deeply about doing what’s right and achieving the best outcomes
