<div><b>Job Title: .Net Application Support Consultant.</b></div> <div><b>Job Location: Remote<br /> <br /> Note: Client is looking for Visa Independent candidates as this super urgent requirement.</b></div> <div><br /> <b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br /> Application Support and Troubleshooting:<br /> Provide L2/L3 support for applications built on Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, SQL Server, Azure).<br /> Investigate and resolve complex issues related to application performance, connectivity, and functionality.<br /> Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and improvements.<br /> Incident and Problem Management:<br /> Monitor and respond to incidents within defined SLAs.<br /> Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.<br /> Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.<br /> Deployment and Maintenance:<br /> Manage application releases, updates, and patches in coordination with DevOps and infrastructure teams.<br /> Ensure version control and proper deployment procedures are followed.<br /> Maintain system health and monitor performance metrics.<br /> Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:<br /> Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during critical incidents.<br /> Provide regular updates and reports on application health and performance.<br /> Collaborate with business teams to gather feedback and improve user experience.<br /> Security and Compliance:<br /> Ensure applications comply with security standards and data protection regulations.<br /> Monitor access controls and application logs for anomalies.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <b>Required Skills and Experience:</b><br /> <br /> <b> Technical Expertise:</b><br /> Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including:<br /> .NET Framework, .NET Core<br /> SQL Server Queries, stored procedures, performance tuning<br /> Azure App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Monitoring, Security<br /> Windows Server and IIS (Internet Information Services)<br /> PowerShell and scripting for automation<br /> <br /> <b> Support Experience:</b><br /> 5+ years of experience in application support or a similar role.<br /> Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.<br /> <br /> <b> DevOps and Monitoring:</b><br /> Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git).<br /> Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., App Insights, Splunk, Log Analytics).<br /> <br /> <b> Soft Skills:</b><br /> Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br /> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br /> Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.</div>
