Little Ruby’s Dallas, part of our growing café brand, is looking for enthusiastic Bussers to join our team. If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and contributing to a great guest experience, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do

• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area
• Assist servers and bartenders with food and drink delivery as needed
• Refill water, bread, and condiments, and support guest requests during service
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and work areas
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Support a fast-paced team environment with energy and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Friendly, team-oriented, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
