About the Talent Pool


Applications in the Talent Pool are reviewed and shared with hiring managers as new positions open. Candidates may be considered for roles in:

  • IT & Technology 
  • Project Management (including IT and technical PM) 
  • Business Development (Federal, Capture, Proposal) 
  • Operations & Support 
  • HR & Administration

What We Look For


Common qualifications include:

  • Experience in technical, project-based, or government contracting environments 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities 
  • Interest in supporting government, defense, or commercial missions 
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, Security+, AWS, Agile, etc.) — preferred but not required
