Bailey’s Heating & Air is looking for a motivated HVAC Apprentice to join our team in Augusta, GA. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and ready to build a long-term career in the HVAC trade. No experience is required, but any prior exposure to HVAC or technical training is a plus.
What You’ll Be Doing as our HVAC Apprentice:
- Work alongside experienced HVAC technicians and learn the trade hands-on
- Assist with HVAC installations, maintenance, and basic service work
- Learn system components, tools, and safety procedures
- Help maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow company standards and safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For in our next HVAC Apprentice:
- Hungry to learn and grow in the HVAC field
- Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic
- No HVAC experience required (prior experience or trade school is a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Valid driver’s license
Pay & Benefits:
