Ops Excellence Data Administrator
Daily Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor performance metrics- including survey, safety scores and Hours of Service.
- Daily data entry and tracking of all Key Performance indicators
- Processing and maintaining daily SNOW survey results.
- Assisting with data processing needs of property management department
- Research and follow up of disposition of previous days quality issues
- Maintain and create data entry and tracking sheets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years college or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office Suite, moderate excel knowledge
- Experience conducting interviews and making hiring
- Possess excellent analytical and technical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering on-time results
- Excellent problem-solving skills, work well under pressure
- Able to communicate well with all levels of management, exceptional interpersonal skills
