Job Summary for Leasing Agent

We are looking for an experienced, part-time weekend Leasing Agent for a 74-unit luxury apartment building in Farmington, MN. 

Responsibilities and Duties of Leasing Agent

-Answer incoming calls professionally 

-Assist with marketing the property and generating traffic leads 

-Outreach to prospective tenants 

-Show & lease apartments 

-Help prospects find the right apartment home 

-Interact with residents & take work orders 

-Follow up on apartment leads 

-Assist with Move ins and Move outs & maintain resident files 

-Other duties as assigned by property/resident manager 

-Yardi experience is preferred, but not required 

Qualifications and Skills of Leasing Agent

-Leasing Experience Required or Excellent Customer Service skills 

-Organized & Punctual 

$18 - $20/hour, plus commission on leases
