What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Master’s preferred) and Director qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Director in a licensed childcare facility (franchise school experience preferred)
- Comprehensive knowledge of CCA licensing requirements, compliance regulations, and best practices in early childhood education
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Wayne, PA 19087 before starting
