James & James is currently accepting applications for Fulfillment Teammate in our Springdale, AR shop. This is a logistical role to support operations.

Requirements
o Able OR willing to learn how to locate and prepare orders efficiently and accurately, utilizing scanners to Pick, Pack, Ship, with ensured accuracy on pieces picked.
o Able OR willing to learn how to competently read Acumatica travelers, Pick, Pack, Ships (PPS), as well as complete Acumatica scans correctly.
o Operate equipment when necessary for safe and efficient completion of assigned duties. This includes but is not limited to; licensed to operate a forklift, pallet jack, etc.
o Able to utilize time efficiently.
o Create and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
o Able to communicate effectively and professionally with other teammates and leadership to solve problems and tackle issues.
o Perform other duties as requested or needed to support the team environment.
o Learn and understand the metric standards set by leadership and business needs.
o Understands the importance of workplace safety and can follow all safety standards set in place.
o Have good attendance and a positive attitude.
o Be able to safely and repeatedly lift 50lbs and up to 120lbs with a partner.
