Western Building Products is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to support and grow the existing territory. You will inherit an established book of business; focus on service, trust, long-term growth and be responsible for visiting customers in your territory while strengthening relationships and uncovering opportunities to increase share of market.


As a Territory Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers within your assigned territory. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction, account retention, and strategic account growth.


Key Responsibilities

· Manage and grow relationships with existing and new customers in your territory

· Identify opportunities to expand product usage within current accounts

· Provide product expertise, pricing support, and solutions-based recommendations

· Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and on-site consultations

· Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications

· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure exceptional service

· Maintain accurate customer activity and account information in CRM

· Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and customer needs

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in building products, windows, construction materials, or a related industry

· Strong relationship-building and customer communication skills

· Ability to manage accounts independently while collaborating with a team

· Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tools

· Valid driver’s license; ability to travel by car within the territory

· Ability to lift and handle materials up to 40 lbs as needed
