Carpentry Foreman

ZSI is seeking an experienced Carpentry Foreman to lead our dynamic field team in delivering top-tier commercial carpentry work. If you're a skilled leader with a passion for craftsmanship, safety, and team development, we want to hear from you.

Your Role:

As Carpentry Foreman, you will be the field leader responsible for:

· • Direct supervision of onsite carpentry staff

· • Enforcing safety and quality standards in compliance with OSHA and company policies

· • Managing materials, subcontractor coordination, and daily task planning

· • Tracking crew hours, productivity, and project progress

· • Partnering with superintendents to ensure seamless project execution

? What You Bring:

· • High School Diploma or GED (Trade school/apprenticeship a plus)

· • 3+ years of experience as a Foreman in commercial carpentry

· • Strong blueprint reading skills

· • OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and Lift/Lull/Boom certifications preferred

· • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor crews

· • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

· • Bilingual a plus
