Position Summary: The Executive Assistant position is responsible for supporting the CEO and Executive team. This position is responsible for coordinating meetings, creating reports, taking meeting minutes, and organizing documents. They are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

Produces presentations and reports in a timely manner.
Participates in meetings and takes minutes, as needed.
Facilitates communication and assistance for the Board of Directors as a trusted liaison.
Facilitates all Executive Team gatherings and off-site retreats.
Delivers an exceptional hospitality to every guest, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Creates efficient organizational record retention and retrieval procedures.
Conducts thorough research and analysis to produce high-quality documents for review and presentation to boards of directors, committees, and executives.
Efficient handling of incoming correspondence: sorting, distributing, and responding to faxes, emails, and more.
Assumes responsibility for the Executive scheduling needs. This includes managing agendas, emails, calls, arranging travel, dealing with clients, and other key logistics that are important for the organization’s success.
Maintains a high level of professionalism and strict confidentiality when handling all materials. Additionally, exercise discretion in all business interactions to ensure confidentiality is upheld.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
- HS degree required
Experience:
- Bilingual preferred.
- 1-3 years of administrative experience with at least two years of executive administrative experience.
