Description:
The Sales Operations & Analytics Specialist manages the end-to-end order lifecycle—from processing and inventory allocation to shipping and billing—while providing critical data insights. This role acts as a bridge between logistics and strategy, performing sales analysis to optimize account performance and improve operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Order & Lifecycle Management: Execute order processing, verify inventory availability, and audit shipping documentation for accuracy.
  • Account Performance Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of sales trends, fill rates, and retailer performance metrics to identify growth opportunities or supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Customer & Catalog Maintain customer master data and product catalogs, ensuring pricing and assortment accuracy across all platforms.
  • Reporting & Insights: Generate ad-hoc reports for sales brokers and leadership regarding inventory health, sell-through data, and revenue forecasting.
  • Proactive Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for sales brokers and customers regarding order status, sample fulfillment, and account discrepancies. 
  • Requirements:

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Supply Chain (or equivalent experience).
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), Power BI, Word, and Outlook.
  • Systems: ERP experience required; SAP Business One preferred.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable operational improvements.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
