Enterprise and Operational Risk Manager

The Enterprise and Operational Risk Manager supports the development, implementation, and ongoing oversight of the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Information Security programs. This role helps identify, assess, and monitor organizational risks, ensuring appropriate controls and mitigation strategies are in place. The position maintains working knowledge of information security frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory compliance requirements, and provides regular reporting to Senior Management, the IT/Enterprise Risk Management Committee, and the Board of Directors. The manager serves as a key partner across business units to strengthen the Bank’s risk culture and support safe, sound, and compliant operations and will serve as a liaison with project management.
