Medical Assistant

Duties:
- Perform vital signs measurements such as blood pressure and pulse
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide basic life support in emergency situations
- Provide medical administrative support such as scheduling appointments and managing patient paperwork.

-Prepare patient charts for upcoming appointments.

-Making sure medical records are kept up to date in the EMR system

• Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology
- Ability to accurately record and document patient information
- Familiarity with basic life support procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical office environment
- Prior experience in providing patient services is preferred

• This does not require a Medical Assistant license, however, at least 2 years of Medical Assistant experience preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
