We are seeking a Spa Concierge to be the welcoming face and operational backbone of the WSA spa—someone who thrives in elevated environments, has impeccable taste, and knows how to make every guest feel seen, supported, and cared for.

About the Role
The Spa Concierge will manage daily front-of-house operations, guest communications, and appointment scheduling while supporting an exceptional standard of guest care. This is a full-time hourly position averaging 30 hours/week.

What You’ll Do

• Greet members and guests warmly, providing a seamless and elevated check-in/check-out experience
• Manage scheduling of massage and wellness treatments using spa software (experience with Book for Time, or similar platforms is a plus)
• Answer inquiries about services, pricing, therapist availability, and spa offerings both in person and via phone/email
• Coordinate day-of operations, ensuring treatment rooms are prepared and service flow is smooth for both clients and therapists
• Maintain an organized, tranquil, and visually cohesive front desk and reception area
• Support retail operations by assisting guests with product recommendations and purchases
• Handle client intake and health history forms, ensuring accurate and confidential recordkeeping
• Manage transactions and reconcile end-of-day reporting
• Collaborate closely with the spa team and wider WSA community to uphold our values of inclusion, excellence, and attention to detail

What You’ll Bring

• Prior experience in a spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury concierge setting
• A polished, professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills
• Intuitive service style and a natural ability to anticipate guest needs
• Comfort with booking platforms and POS systems (training provided if needed)
• Interest in wellness, beauty, and design-forward spaces
• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as part of a full-time schedule

Perks & Benefits

The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $25 - $30 per hour. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
