Deli Associate

 We are seeking a dedicated Deli Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with experience in deli or food service environments. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds who share our enthusiasm for food and Asian culture.

Duties:

• Prepare a variety of deli items such as sushi, obento (Japanese hot lunch), and Asian hot foods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area
• Operate deli equipment including ovens and fryers
• Follow food safety guidelines and ensure quality control

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a deli, restaurant, or grocery store setting is preferred
• Familiarity with culinary techniques and food preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Experience with sanitizing procedures and maintaining hygiene standards in a kitchen environment
