Key Responsibilities:
- Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
- Support in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after shifts
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service by supporting bartenders and engaging with guests when appropriate
- Assist in cleaning and sanitizing the bar area regularly
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or bar support role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of bar operations and safety standards is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
