Position Summary

The Account-Based Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in driving targeted customer engagement and supporting revenue growth within a contract manufacturing environment. This role blends account-based marketing strategy, lead qualification, and sales enablement—partnering closely with Sales, Program Management, and Leadership.

The position supports inbound and outbound marketing efforts for targeted Industrial, Robotics, Medical and Aerospace accounts, qualifies and nurtures leads for the sales team, assists with quoting activity, and ensures a consistent, professional brand experience across proposals, client presentations, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Key Responsibilities

Account-Based Marketing & Lead Qualification

  • Execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies focused on targeted customers and prospects
  • Support inbound and outbound lead generation efforts aligned to priority accounts and industries
  • Qualify marketing-generated leads and route sales-ready opportunities to the Sales team
  • Conduct initial discovery to assess fit, timing, intent and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate lead and account information in the CRM
  • Partner with Sales to align on target accounts, messaging, and follow-up strategy

Client-Facing Materials & Brand Consistency

  • Develop and maintain customer-facing materials including proposals, presentations, and QBR decks
  • Help define and maintain a consistent company brand across all client communications
  • Create and manage templates for proposals, presentations, and QBRs
  • Ensure materials clearly communicate company capabilities and value proposition

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Program Management, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and customer-facing communications
  • Support continuous improvement of lead qualification, quoting, and customer engagement processes
  • Support the entire sales cycle including developing winning customer proposals, prospect engagement, sales enablement and strategic business reviews. 
Requirements:

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in account-based marketing, demand generation, or sales support
  • Experience qualifying leads and/or supporting a sales pipeline required
  • Experience in manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or a technical B2B environment preferred
  • Exposure to quoting, proposals, or commercial operations a plus

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Ability to qualify opportunities and assess customer fit
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a technical environment
  • CRM experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly messaging
  • Self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities

Working Conditions

Hybrid role with a combination of onsite and remote work. Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings or Quarterly Business Reviews.



Salary Information

$70000.00 - $80000.00 Annual Salary
