Job Description
We’re looking for a Service Technician to help keep our multifamily communities running smoothly. If you enjoy solving problems, take initiative, and get things done, this job is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect properties and equipment regularly to find and fix maintenance issues.
- Handle repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep things running safely and efficiently.
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Work with the team to improve how we maintain our communities.
- Ensure everything is safe and organized in your workspace.
- Help install new equipment when needed.
- Be available for emergency repairs and after-hours calls as part of a rotation schedule.
- Dedicated with a strong work ethic.
- Problem solver with a hands-on approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Well-organized and good at time management.
- Can handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Takes initiative and gets things done.
- Clear communicator, both verbal and written.
- Excited to learn new skills and grow with us.
- Experience in a similar role is a bonus but not required.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus.
- Technical certification or training is appreciated.
