As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to lead our multi-unit operations and support our next phase of growth.


Position Overview:


The Senior operations manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all restaurant locations within the group. This role will work closely with ownership and general managers to ensure each concept performs at the highest level, both operationally and financially. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven background in multi-unit restaurant management, staff development, cost controls, and brand integrity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support all General Managers to ensure operational efficiency and excellence across locations
  • Implement and uphold company standards, procedures, and systems
  • Monitor and manage budgets, labor, food cost, and other key performance indicators
  • Lead training and development initiatives to foster high-performing teams
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Drive guest satisfaction and ensure consistent, high-quality service and food execution
  • Partner with ownership on strategic planning, new store openings, and growth initiatives
  • Cultivate a positive culture focused on accountability, hospitality, and employee engagement

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a multi-unit operations leadership role within the restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on approach
  • Deep understanding of operational finance, cost management, and labor control
  • Experience implementing scalable systems and operational procedures
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel between locations as needed
