Requirements

  •  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technology, or related field required.
  • Master's degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience across marketing, digital advertising and demand generation. 
  • Minimum of five (5) years leading multi-functional or enterprise teams. 
  • Experience in multifamily, real estate, hospitality, or related industries preferred. 
  • Demonstrated success leading digital transformation initiatives. 
  • Advanced expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and marketing technology. 
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, data integrations, and CRM platforms. 
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-channel initiatives. 
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management capability. 
  • Ability to influence executive and board levels. 
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.


In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide marketing strategies aligned with growth, leasing, brand, and corporate objectives. 
  • Ensure consistent brand standards, creative excellence, and resident experience across all properties, platforms, and communications. 
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns supporting lease-ups, redevelopments, repositioning, and corporate initiatives. 
  • Serve as executive sponsor for priority properties and key stakeholder accounts, ensuring service standards and accountability. 
  • Drive digital marketing strategy, including websites, SEO/SEM, paid media, social, reputation management, and CRM integrations. 
  • Oversee marketing technology, analytics, automation, and data integrations in partnership with IT and Technology teams. 
  • Establish performance dashboards and KPIs to measure lead generation, conversion, ROI, and overall marketing efficiencies. 
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across creative, digital, and account management functions. 
  • Manage departmental budgets, vendor partnerships, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and ROI. 
  • Champion innovation, market intelligence, brand positioning, and industry leadership to maintain competitive advantage.
