About The Role
Are you a creative marketer with a passion for the automotive industry? We are looking for a driven and strategic Fixed Operations Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing initiatives that grow awareness, retention, and revenue across our service, parts, and body shop departments. Key Responsibilities
? Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote service department offerings including oil changes, tire packages, maintenance plans, and seasonal specials.
? Create compelling content for digital and print channels — including email, social media, direct mail, in-dealership signage, and the company website.
? Manage fixed operations promotions calendar, coordinating campaign timelines with service managers and parts directors.
? Analyze customer data and retention metrics to identify opportunities for conquest and loyalty marketing campaigns.
? Collaborate with the fixed ops team to develop customer communication strategies for service reminders, declined services, and follow-up outreach.
? Oversee social media presence for fixed operations content, driving engagement and showcasing service value, technician expertise, and customer testimonials.
? Manage SEO/SEM strategies specific to fixed operations keywords and local service search optimization.
? Track, report, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, DMS reporting).
? Coordinate with OEM co-op programs and vendor partners to maximize marketing budget efficiency.
? Support reputation management efforts by encouraging and responding to customer reviews on Google, Yelp, and other platforms.
? Develop internal marketing materials to support technician recruitment and fixed ops team branding.

Requirements:Required Qualifications
? 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within an automotive dealership, dealer group, or related automotive industry setting.
? Solid understanding of fixed operations departments — service drive, parts, accessories, and reconditioning.
? Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to reporting.
? Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, DealerSocket, or similar).
? Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
? Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and local SEO best practices.
? Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for design.
? Ability to interpret marketing data and present findings and recommendations to leadership.
? Highly organized with excellent project management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience working with automotive CRM platforms such as DealerSocket, VinSolutions, or Elead.
? Familiarity with DMS systems (CDK Global, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack) and fixed ops reporting.
? Experience managing OEM co-op marketing programs and compliance requirements.
? Graphic design proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
? Knowledge of marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing strategies.
? Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
