Salary Range: $24 per hour
Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm
Job Summary: Montana’s premier hot tub and sauna business is seeking a highly organized and experienced Customer Service Representative to help answer customer calls for our service department. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a solid background in computer systems. They will work in lockstep with the service management team to ensure timely service. This will be done by providing the ultimate customer service experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
1. Initial point of contact for customers with service inquiries
2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or in-person
3. Entering service calls into our ERP
4. Communicating with Service managers regarding customer needs
5. Keep customers updated on job progress and any scheduling changes
6. Check Podium for customer inquiries
7. Checking Mail
8. Checking Voicemail
9. Receiving Customer Payments into ERP
10. Cleanup of Service Desk area – organization, sanitizing, sweeping, etc. – readying for the next day
Requirements:
• Familiarity with customer service principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite and inventory management software
