What You'll Do

You are the first impression of our mortgage experience — and a critical driver of revenue.
Your impact will be immediate.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Answer incoming calls from motivated borrowers generated by our marketing engine
  • Engage prospects with confidence and professionalism
  • Take concise loan applications and gather key borrower data
  • Strategically route opportunities to Loan Originators for structuring and closing
  • Manage and nurture leads within our CRM
  • Help maximize marketing ROI by ensuring no opportunity is missed
  • Encourage in-person consultations to deepen client relationships
  • Support referral generation by creating outstanding borrower experiences
  • Strengthen loan officer efficiency through intelligent application flow

Preferred Experience

  • Encompass LOS familiarity
  • Mortgage or financial services exposure (Loan Origination License is a PLUS!)
  • Inside sales or high-call-volume experience

Location

In-Branch Role — Chattanooga & Cleveland, TN
Candidates must be local to the greater Chattanooga/Cleveland area. This is a collaborative, in-person role built for speed, teamwork, and growth.
