What You'll Do
You are the first impression of our mortgage experience — and a critical driver of revenue.
Your impact will be immediate.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Answer incoming calls from motivated borrowers generated by our marketing engine
- Engage prospects with confidence and professionalism
- Take concise loan applications and gather key borrower data
- Strategically route opportunities to Loan Originators for structuring and closing
- Manage and nurture leads within our CRM
- Help maximize marketing ROI by ensuring no opportunity is missed
- Encourage in-person consultations to deepen client relationships
- Support referral generation by creating outstanding borrower experiences
- Strengthen loan officer efficiency through intelligent application flow

Mortgage experience is a plus — but drive and coachability matter more.
Preferred Experience
- Encompass LOS familiarity
- Mortgage or financial services exposure (Loan Origination License is a PLUS!)
- Inside sales or high-call-volume experience
Location
In-Branch Role — Chattanooga & Cleveland, TN
Candidates must be local to the greater Chattanooga/Cleveland area. This is a collaborative, in-person role built for speed, teamwork, and growth.
