HVAC certification is a plus — but a great attitude and strong technical ability are what we value most.
What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician at KRS Holdings, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our apartment communities in the Hampton, VA area remain safe, functional, and attractive. You’ll handle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including:
- Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC troubleshooting
- Appliance repair and replacement
- Interior and exterior maintenance (doors, windows, stairs, fencing, etc.)
- Flooring, tile, and lighting repairs
- Basic carpentry and painting
- Unit make-readies and move-in preparation
- Emergency maintenance (on a rotating on-call schedule)
You’ll also help maintain curb appeal by keeping grounds clean and assisting with occasional heavy lifting or debris removal.
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-Call Rotation: for after-hours emergencies
What You’ll Bring*
- 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance, construction, or related trades
- A valid driver’s license, reliable truck, and your own tools
- Ability to complete a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
