Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, system-proficient Administrative Coordinator to support Human Resources, Accounting and Executives at Anderson Equipment Company. Ideal candidate will have potential to specialize and be promoted within Accounting or Human Resources department.

 

Major Responsibilities:

Human Resources

                Manage and follow up on employee events – reviews, licenses, training, etc.

                Monitor, review and prepare payment for invoicing – ADP, Benefits, etc.

                Prepare and follow up on new hire background checks, orientation, onboarding

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records

Assist with various HR administrative tasks as needed

Accounting

                Assist with payroll

                Provide backup support for AP processing when needed

Corporate Administration

                Handle correspondence, maintain office supplies

Provide backup on switchboard when needed

Assist with special projects – corporate mailings, communication, events

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
  • Associates degree with applicable work experience
  • Experience in Accounting or Human Resources is a plus
  • Strong proficiency with systems and data organization and analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in the Bridgeville office 5 days per week (Mon-Fri).

 

Compensation and Benefits:

· Salary depends on education, work experience: $26-30 per hour.
