About this position
Eventide Inc. is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our buildings and grounds. The successful candidate will ensure that all facilities are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and supportive of day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the maintenance, repair, and operation of two office/warehouse/production floor facilities and equipment including power generator
Oversee vendors, contractors, and service providers (cleaning, security, HVAC, etc.)
Develop and manage facilities budgets and control operational costs
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance planning
Coordinate space planning, office moves, and renovations
Respond urgently to facility-related issues and emergencies
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Be on-call during off hours
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Proficiency in facilities management software a plus, along with MS Office
Relevant certification (e.g., IFMA, NEBOSH) is a plus
Ability to manage a small team of maintenance assistants

The role is full-time on site in Little Ferry, NJ. Salary range is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on skill level and experience.
